Marek specializes in the history of pre-Columbian cultures. He is in the process of finishing his schooling with concentration in archaeology at the University of San Marcos in Lima. Though he is relatively young, he is a very knowledgeable guide and tour leader that is passionate about Peruvian and Bolivian cultures. Marek was born in Poland and raised in Peru, often fooling travelers with his fluency in Polish despite looking Peruvian.
